paramdam lang muna mga cgpians... matagal na rin walang post... this a renovation of an existing residential building converted to a commercial office building... with additional floor sa roof deck...

unang naisip ko gawan ng photomatch, kaya lang di maganda ang angle ng pic na kuha sa actual... daming sasakyan na nakaharang at pangit din ang mga katabing building. Masakit sa mata ang mga damit na nakasampay...hehehe... sensya na sa mga katabing building. Di ko na minodel ng ganon ka-accurate and details medyo minamadali na. Importante lang yong proposed building at kahit papano may hawig lang sa actual scene..
