help external hard disk cannot be read. Empty help external hard disk cannot be read.

mga ka cgp, patulong naman, nag tataka kc ako. sa ibang desktop ok naman yung external hard disk sa office namin, dati nababasa ng pc ko. pero ngayon d na. sinubukan ko na isaksak sa ibang usb port pero ayaw narin. tapos pag sinaksak ko sya sa ibang pc ok naman, kahit sa mac. so wala sa EHD, kung tatanong nyo naman yung port impossible rin, kc pag nag saksak naman ako ng flash drive lang oks naman, or printer or scanner.

ano kaya problema nito? dun lang sya sakin d nababasa eh. impossible mang may virus kc wala naman akong ibang pinag sasasksakan nun. dahil pang office use yun.
