Render si okay.... Para saken nasobrahan ang mga materials na ginamit mo sir....IMHO lang....

imho lang. mas maganda cguro to sir kong wala na ung mga elements na indi functional like, concrete moldings etc tapos bawasan ung material count.. kasi ung form palang ng structure e ang ganda na!
