nice lighting..
lagyan mo na rin ng sidewalk, kaunting liwanag sa glass reflection, mababa ang railing sa itaas, delikado sa kids...rest is ok!

Looking good sir. I'd adjust the camera height to eye-level, but that's just my preference. There's a little bleed on the right side fence area; grass. I think you missed the sidewalks sir, unless the area doesn't require it.
Good work sir, very unassuming; not like some who profess to be very good but their renders look flat & lifeless. Looking forward to your next post.

Nice lighting! Only, lessen car reflection, camera angle to be at man's eye level, road map medyo liitan mo, show a little bit of the interior. Overall rendering is ok for me. Keep it up Sir!
