1st, work on the composition, 2nd try to frame your main subject properly (putol siya ngayon).

Get the subject centered.
Scale problem, higante yung mga tao.
Floating car and fallen leaves.
Lighter sky.
Use high quality car model.
Improve road texture.
Lack of/NO post processing.
