Openexr configuration problem

(noob question ) Mga Masters ask ko lang po bakit pag nag load ako ng exr file using 3D max2010 wala akong makitang options pag nagbukas yung Openexr configuration like realpixel float(rgb) etc.. hindi tulad ng max 2009 yung openexr ver 1.2.1..makikita mo yung file loading parameters 
.. may paraan po ba para lumabas sa max 2010 yung loading parameters nya like storage buffer format??
