IES problem

hello guys,i am new to max and vray. i have a question about IES lighting. i cant find where is IES light on my tool bars, is that another plug-in po ba sa max? I've explore already under photometric pero wala pong IES properties doon. Im using max 2009 and vray 1.5 (under chaos group). Cause im trying to mix that sana sa lightings ng interior na ginagawa ko for practice. i have seen many interiors na may mga IES lights effect.it really makes the scene very dramatic . how can i find that in max 2009 ? I hope someone will help, it will be very much appreciated. THANKS and GODSPEED...

ies is built-in features ng 3dmax.... we just install some plugins para madali naming makita ang effect ng ies lights... anyway read there, meron doong link for ies viewer and for some ies lights
