Na-isip ko lang po mga cgpips/sir bokkins...ano kaya kung i-post natin yung mga (BEFORE) existing construction/project photo Images & (AFTER) Photo with new proposal Images using in 3DMAX, VRAY , CS..etc at sana kung paano ginawa para sa kaalaman na rin ng lahat at kagaya ko. OK lang po ba??

long time no post, this time sa bifore and after naman..... 2months lang inabot ng construction, halos patapos n rin.....

@jeff sa second image,medyo lumayo sa perspective.sana ginaya nila yong ginawa mong color combination sa wall/wooden flooring at design ng drop ceiling pati lightings..mas maganda kasi yong proposed mo kesa sa actual.

Edmon, laki ng project mo a sarap ng feeling na yan pag nakita mo ang building.

Anong nangyari sa signage sa baba, di pa tapos? Sayang maganda pa naman yung sa 3D sana sinunod nila.

Boss kurdaps, di pa tapos un signage mga steel frames pa lang, aluminum composite cladding ilalagay dun pag me budget na, project last 2007 pa, my first tall project. This is were I started to build my confidence as an architect, i leaned a lot from this one. Ung mga fcu e hindi ko sana iaalow but kulang an fcu ledge ko sa likod kaya I Allowed it na rin...

I had to check the images one by one to identify which is 3d and which is not.. Great Job!!! nice lighting effects, i wish i could make something like this in the future
