1st img - sadya ba tlga yang sofa na nakatalikod sa tv?or duling lng ako?imho,kung mali talga eto,grabe,very basic,,as in pro kung ganyan talga yan,kau na bahala......wala na bang ibang lyts sa ceil boss?how come the room is very bryt?much better if add baseboards..

2nd img - mas ok kung maglagay ka ng lyts sa overhed counters boss,and sa ceil din...too much rflction sa floor,,paki chamfer din sa mga edges sa counter,,delikado yan,...

3rd img - imho,grabe ang laki ng plant , ang liit ng wndow,tpos isa lang,masyadong bryt ung room wala namang lyts sa ceil...

4th img - pls set aside ung plant,natatabunan ung view nyo po bossing.again lyts sa ceil,,just curios about sa hanging lamp,parang sagabal

welcome dito bro. nice to meet you here kawpaitek.. musta na. ok naman. parang may mga ibang areas o abubot lang ang walang texture. i especially like the last one.

Some camera issue
* If your rendering it without the ceiling keep your camera focus down.
* But if your rendering it with the ceiling you really need to put something like what Jarul said, pin lights (some ies lights will do), some cornice, drop ceiling to add some highlights of interest in your scene.
* mapping issue, add some bumps.

Comments lng po.

LIVING ROOM:

Tama po si sir jarul, talaga po bang opposite ang direction ng sofa? Or convertible po ito?

Ok naman po rendering, confusing lng po ung furnitures nila. Paki-lessen nlng po ung furniture. Unwanted furnitures po wag nlng ilagay. Kasi po bumibigat tignan ung area eh.

Stairs po nila nakakatakot. Hindi po sya user friendly. Especially sa kids.

KITCHEN:

1. Overhead cabinets po nila is too high. Hindi na po maabot ung pinakamataas na module po ng overhead. Ung pinaka huling awning cab nila. And sandya po ba talagang 3 Awnings un? Kasi diba po usually sa Blum, its either 2 awning cab, or 2 door na 1 module, or 1 door na lift fold, lift stay, or lift-up. And hindi po ba babangga si awning sa ceiling ni kitchen? Kaya po ba ng capacity ng load ni overhead if 3 po sya na awning?

Sir, you can instead make use of fascias, if gusto ni client na close ung effect ng overhead cabs.

2. Range hood, do put more stainless steel effect ba. Same as free standing range.

3. Back painted glass in aluminum frame po ba si Wall cabs? Ok nman sya. Kaso if back painted glass po sya, medyo put lng po ng glass effect, reflection ba.

4. Splashback or splashboard, tiles po ba talaga ito? Why not use bigger tiles instead. Or synthetic granite, stainless steel or glass. Kasi baka po mahirapan si client sa installation, cost and maintenance. Hihihi…

5. Dishwasher po ba ung nasa lower part ng chopping board? I think mas ok po if yung white lang po yung finish nya. Sa tingin ko lng po sir ha… hihihi…

But everything is ok nman po.

MBR:

Paki alis nlng po ung plant. Kasi it looks like a tree.. hihihi… Sagabal po ito sa daanan. Try po nila baguhin si Wall material. Medyo hindi p kasi maganda si Wood finish eh. Make some light adjustments.

BR1

1. Sir medyo avoid lng po tau sa large object sa taas ng headboard. Kahit na po presentation lng ito, we always have to make sure na ang ilalagay natin ay hindi makakasakit ng tao. Malay mo kasi gayahin ni client ung nakita nya sa 3d. Paktay po tau if may mangyaring masama… hihihihi…

2. Yung light po ba tagala beside lng table is ganun? Hindi po ba sagabal ito? Masyadong pong kasi malaki for me. Lamp shade may do. You can put nlng po ng main lights sa ceiling ni Bedroom.

3. Plant po blocking the view.

4. Try po playing with the wall colors.

TOILETS:

1st Picture:

1. Naku Sir! Yung flooring po ba nila is sadyang metal? Madulas po iyan. Tsk! Delikado po yan sir! Try po nila ibahin yung material na naka-attached.

2. Counter top po ni vanity. Try po nila ibahin para naman po may kontra sa blackness factor ng cabs.

Last Picture:

1. Again walls po. Try to find some materials na mas suitable po.

2. I’m just wondering po, panu ung mga ducting and tubing po ni faucet and sink. Just asking lng nman po. Ahihihihi….

But all in all, aus po yung 3d nila. Astig. Needs more light adjustments. And decide po if what type po ng lights ang gagamitin… Thanks thanks po….

halos anjan n lahat, take note mo yan bro!!! para nxt tym aus na... basta make youre scene a bit more realistic, hinde lang sa rendering,but sa iba pa like details, composition etc etc.... tambay k lng... ^_^
