Grungy Old Modern Bungalow type Residence (UPDATED CLEAN VERSION)

Hi cgpeepz.. just want to share my latest design. This time practicing on grungy textures sa isang modern house na may bonus pang sexy chickababe .. the work flow was done using the usuals,... su+max2011+sp5 at onting tweak sa ps.. c&c's are most likely welcome..

ok na sya madilim sakin ang grass mo tol,yong dirt mo sa wall okey sya pero sa scene mo nagmukha sya abandonado na at di na sya modern,imho lang ha.
