Grungy Old Modern Bungalow type Residence (UPDATED CLEAN VERSION)

Hi cgpeepz.. just want to share my latest design. This time practicing on grungy textures sa isang modern house na may bonus pang sexy chickababe .. the work flow was done using the usuals,... su+max2011+sp5 at onting tweak sa ps.. c&c's are most likely welcome..

nice one bro. parang takot lang yong chikababe lumusong sa pool...malumot ata hehehehe

haha salamat sa pagdaan ser... actualy nakaapak lang ata nang ebs ung chickababe.. haha sadya po talga ganyan kulay nung pool.. semi abandoned house po concept ko dito kakatakot nga lumusong sa pool parang may biglang kakabig sayo haha..:DDD

*bakit ang ibang materials malinis? ang roof slabs dapat may dumi din, sana lahat ng mats may dumi, especially sa may pool tiles.

salamat sa pagdalaw ser... diko nga po alam publema sa grass bat naging dark.. nung nasa harap po kasi ung sun ok naman sya..then linipat ko sa likod sun..oyon naging dark siya.. autograss po gamit ko dito..tall fescue...


..tapos po ung sa dirt textures.. i just made some variations sa part na malinis n part na madumi.. para di masyado maruming tingnan at magmukhang habitable pa ung house hahaha.... pero il post some more improvements siguro.. try ko lagyan ng dirt ung malinis..hehe ill keep that noted.. thanks sir n keep rockin cgp...

the dirt material does not it the the whole picture usually a modern house like this will not be old looking for sure the owner will not permit!!! without the lady and the car will probably be ok!!

- honestly if this is my house, i will not live in it.
- if am the client rejected to sa akin!
- kung ganyan din lang magiging bahay ko, id rather buy an old abandoned building and renovate it!
IMHO lang sir! goodluck!

kung hobby render lang 'to and you like to achieve this kind of visual, maganda 'to especially kung wala na lang yung tao at kotse as mentioned by sir arkibons. dagdag ko lang aside from the grass yung water material maganda kung bluish at medyo malinaw.imho lang naman.

di masyado marumi tingnan?..nako po ang dumi po sir,
and talagang hindi po siya habitable tingnan.
nakapagtataka lang na grabe ang dumi ng buong bahay pero ang tubig ang linis pa.
anyway, i guess texturing practice ito ang not an actual project,

madami salamat po sa pagdaan sir!..... no worries sir ,its just a practice model, not a real proposal sir..hehe i just went practicing on grungy textures and have no intention presenting it to a client this way if it is a proposal...haha reject to agad sa cliente kung sakali... sinadya ko po talaga gawin madumi.. salamat po a nagustuhan nyo simpleng concepto ko.. rock the world of cgp

1) no worries sir for this is not rendered for presentation or proposal to a client.. practice model lang sa texturing
2) wala po nakalagay sa thread na proposed bungalow residence... its just a grungy old house na sidayang gawing marumi ung facade to practice grunge texturing..:DDD
3) ill just post another version of this ung malinis some other time

salamat sa pagdalaw ser.. its just a hobby render.. as i mentioned awhile ago.. paparactice lang po ng grungy texturing.. il keep your c&c's noted sir.. keep rockin cgp

salamat po ser sa pagdalaw... tama po kayo at texturing practice lang nga talaga to.. hehe napagtripan lang gumamit ng grungy textures... sabi po ng iba madumi daw tubig?..haha nalito ako dun ah..hahahaha... rephrase ko nalang previous na sinabi ko.. di po sya talga habitable ahahaha..pero pwede siya if lilinisin nalang..:DDD as ive said practice model lang siya na rinender para magmukhang bahay na di minemaintain..:DD nice to hear c&c's from the masters..:DD salamat po at nagustuhan nyo render ko... rock the world of cgp

-i'd rather cover the pool infront... kita ung naliligo if ever man...
- medyo nalito ako sa ambiance, lakas ng dating ng sun mo pero madilim on some other parts...
- may burnt areas din...
- remove the car
- if you're practicing on something, make your sorroundings adhere to it... may mga bagay na talagang di bagay sa scene, like yung car nga and ung 3d peep...

un nga po prob ko dito.. when it comes to shadows parang overburn nga sila.. still dont know wat the problem is.. thanks for the c&c's sir.. ill post some updates nalang with respect to yoyr c&c's.. more power to you and sa cgp..rock the house
