Just want to ask if how do I render another pass without rerendering the whole rgb. Like if gusto ko lang irender yun specular and none the rest. Is there any way?

i think you can do that in vray using VFB, from there you can render all the pass in one hit and seperate them by VFB setting.

also save your render files in openEXR format, but you need a plugin for photoshop like ProEXR to work on that composition.

theres no way you can render the selected elements without rendering the rgb ( beauty pass) - even with vfb.

i agree that we cannot render the selected element without the rgb, vfb render are always comes with the rgb render plus the other render element that we set (like specular) and still we can separate the specular render (which is always rendered in black) from the rgb render by using vfb and render element. then compositing in photoshop.
