Normal Mapping in 3Dmax - please help :)

Hello mga masters,

just wana ask, if you have, or could give me links to a step-by-step tutorial about Normal Mapping in 3Dmax. Ive tried it in google, pero medyo may pagka advance yung tutorial. Thanks in advance.
