AutoCAD Problems (updated w/ screenshots)

Hi guys, just want to ask for assistance on a problem im having.

You see we received a file from our client, (Schedule of Finishes, to be exact), at first it seems ok, all the texts appeared and the title block, etc. (by the way were using AutoCAD 2004)

It works fine for almost all the computers, not until i encountered two computers in which the font dissapears. all of it.

Any ideas on this? i tried considering system variables but i found nothing. I dont want to resort in re-installing the program since it takes too much time and effort, (were on a bit of a deadline.) but if all else fails, maybe i will.

I just thought maybe you guys have any ideas on this. Thanks in advance.

na encounter ko na rin ito, minsan nagiging symbol ang mga text, hingin mo sa client mo yung mga fonts nya sa autocad folder. then copy paste mo lang sa font folder ng autocad mo sa drive c: hindi ko alam kung may madodownload ka na mga fonts.

tama si whey....di lang naka install yung font ng file dun sa PC mo kaya ganun... no need to install again.

i have the fonts, binigay nung client. nilagay ko din sa autocad / font folder.

still no success.

nawala ung fonts? or di mag appear sa screen? or maliit lang? and pahingi ng screenshot dude, para mas maliwanag...

put it inside sa windows fonts folder .. not just in the autocad font folder.

this is the ussual problem of openning files from latest version to older version... saka yung paggamit ng mga ibat ibang text fonts na wala sa standard. yup tama sila master install mo yung font

tama si sir edosayla, punta ka sa start menu bro then control panel then appearance and personalization, then font, copy and paste lang yong font na gusto mong ilagay, yan subukan mo lang, baka nakatulong to.

totally nawala sir, tried looking for it via filter /zoom extents / layer manager, etc. pero wala eh.

yep nalagay ko na rin master sa windows / font folder. still no avail.

baka eto nga ung problem. thanks guys for all the support. here is what ive done so far,

installation of fonts in autocad >font folder,
installation of fonts in windows >font folder,
reinstallation of AutoCAD. (i thought baka nacorrupt lang or anything.)

here is what i havent dont so far,

converting it to higher version, from 2004 > 2007 > 2010 file formats. baka in case lang gumana kaso for now wala pa ung AutoCAD 2010 namin.

sure thing. ano email nyo sir? anyway wala namang copyright jan, just a list of the name of the clients.

ano bang version gamit ng client nyo bro, baka mas higher version ang gamit nila compare sa ginagamit ninyo, kasi naka encounter ako ng problem openning autocad 2010 hindi ko ma open sa 2008, baka yan ang problem.

the entry is using tables, not sure for a moment why its gone in the other computer. temporal solution habang di ko pa nakikita ang best solution - explode the table then resave it...

Sometimes, the computer must support arabic language in order to open the .dwg files with arabic fonts correctly.
