JT House (+ option 4)
First topic message reminder :
Hi guys, here's my latest revision/option on this. I think final na ito.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My latest design. It's a 2-storey house with roofdeck. I used sunshading devices on both sides, East and West kasi. I left the front area open kasi south side ang harap. Hope you like it.

Thanks.
torring wrote:Nice concept and design boks it look functional... nice render too...
Thanks bro. Yun kasi talaga gusto ko. As much as possible, Yung funtionality will be the design itself. Saya kasi talaga nun.
Invincible wrote:awoooo. . mas maganda modern design touch mo sir. . dami pa ako kainin talaga
Thanks bro! Punta tayo kina enigs soon.
rtp_23 wrote:ganda ng design sir..panalo!
Thanks!
cloud20 wrote:Modern in the sense of the current modernism yet harks back to the initial inception of the whole modernism movement. To shake off the waxy eloquence, up to date siya sa current designs yet parang naaalala ko parin yung mga modern designs nung late 60's. And for a design to convey mixed feelings from a viewer, it must be good.
Nice one Boks...
Pa-pics pag naitayo I'd really love to see that...
He's my greatest idol. Medyo di ako maka-agree lang minsan sa philosophies nya, pro I guess in time, matututunan ko din tanggapin yun. Box is still the simplest most funtional form, I always lean towards that idea, lalo na pag value for money ang pinag-uusapan. Thanks sa comment bro.
zir0grafix wrote:I like the design so much sir. Off lang po ako sa vegetation at yung sidewalk medyo matalas.
*just look for a very good contractor for this kind of project para maiwasan ang mga lamat pag tumagal na itong bahay.
I really like the treatment of your corner steel frame with wood yata yun.
Sometimes when I look at it. It's possible to have that kind of vegetation. So I think ok lang. Thanks!
Simple construction lang to. Kaya yan ng contractor. Slant towards the inside lang ang dulo parapet. Weathering is also good.
2. Yup tubular. 2x6.

Thanks! Madali lang naman matutunan ang pag render. Practice lang talaga ang key dyan. Saka support, which we have it here.

Sana nga talaga bro. Thanks!
allnem wrote:wow!!!! ganda ng design nyo sir pati rendering at camera position sir galing....
Thanks! Tapos parang looking up, then naka-camera correction para vertically straight ang sides.

Cge bro. I have that in mind din. Finishes will be changed upon client request. Thanks!

Yup bro. PS na ang mga vegetation at sky. Saved as png ko ang render, then exported sa PS. Thanks bro!

Thanks bro. Sa fence ba yun? Frosted glass yun bro na naka-ilaw na to show lang sa client how it will look pag nakailaw. Mas clear pag gabi. That I'll try if I can render a night scene.

Re: JT House (+ option 4)
option 1 for me bukod sa halatang mas binigyan ng time e maganda din ang design and scheme comment ko lang is baka pwedeng alisin na ung tukod dun sa sun shades. then lower the position of the sun shades to create space for the implementation of cables para maghold sa bigat. goodluck.
