JT House (+ option 4) Empty JT House (+ option 4)

Post by bokkins Wed Jul 14, 2010 8:44 am

Hi guys, here's my latest revision/option on this. I think final na ito. Smile

JT House (+ option 4) Jt_20c-small

JT House (+ option 4) Jt_20d-small

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My latest design. It's a 2-storey house with roofdeck. I used sunshading devices on both sides, East and West kasi. I left the front area open kasi south side ang harap. Hope you like it.

Option 1:

JT House (+ option 4) Jt03b

JT House (+ option 4) Jt04b

Option 2:

JT House (+ option 4) Jt09a

JT House (+ option 4) Jt09b

Option 3:

JT House (+ option 4) Jt08a

JT House (+ option 4) Jt08b

We'll see kung maapprove. Smile

Nice render sir boks. But I think the foreground plants are not convincing. The render can stand without them in my humble opinion.

I got these exact foreground plants from a PSD reference so I can never be wrong. Pero may point ka din, manicured kasi masyado so maybe it's not convincing. Or maybe walang DOF. Anyway, thanks sa comment bro. I appreciate that. Smile

Modern in the sense of the current modernism yet harks back to the initial inception of the whole modernism movement. To shake off the waxy eloquence, up to date siya sa current designs yet parang naaalala ko parin yung mga modern designs nung late 60's. And for a design to convey mixed feelings from a viewer, it must be good.

Nice one Boks...
Pa-pics pag naitayo I'd really love to see that...

I like the design so much sir. Off lang po ako sa vegetation at yung sidewalk medyo matalas.

*just look for a very good contractor for this kind of project para maiwasan ang mga lamat pag tumagal na itong bahay.

I really like the treatment of your corner steel frame with wood yata yun.
