Small Subdivision Gate

Pa share ulit bros and sis. Isang maliit na gate, aprubado na rin ulit ng Developer together with their Board ang design as well as the renderings kaso according to their meeting, this will not be the main gate , malilipat daw sa loob na magiging gate ng socialize housing(rowhouses) kasi daw maliit. So i'll make another one for the main entrance. The design of the main entrance gate na susunod kong gagawin, ganito rin but it will be longer ang higher dahil madadagdagan ng cr at hanging cabinet. C and c's, suggestions are welcome for improvement na pwede ko pang iapply for the main gate. Thanks.

sir arist, great visual you got here, i suggest to modify the signage, its more effective if its facing the side of the main road. thanks for sharing...

Yes sir, that's my first design kaso nga lang parang naliliitan ako nun kasi hindi ko pwedeng lakihan length dahil 10m lang right of way. Anyway, thanks for the suggestion sir, i'll consider that again. I'll make a way for the signage na kaharap ang main road.

sir arist, i suggest na instead of roof duon sa guard room, eh you can make a parapet wall para mailapat natin yung main signage, then you can design it na parang triumphal arch...

Ah ok sir, i got it. Thats a good idea also. I'll consider that as option 2 para makapili ng maigi yung developer. Thanks sir.

Another thing. Pakitaan mo din ng night scene. Kadalasan kasi mahalaga sa mga developer ang magiging itsura nyan even at night time. Yun ang panghatak nila eh. Lalo na yan, mga bagong development, kailangan umangat yan among all other development sa vicinity.
