-lagyan mo ng ramp ang entrance step for disable person.
-over bright your white mo..adjust mo kunte.
-hanap ka ng bg that fit to your structure.
-yong street light wag mong ilagay sa gitna.

Re: commercial building
kung wala ung billboard, more like a government building for me, based dun sa facade niya, but it's just for me anyway...try to provide some space for billboards gaya ng sabe ni sir jhero, lalo na sa harap to pick a glimpse and attract customers kung anu ba meron sa loob ng establishment...

Re: commercial building
Its always nice to divulge your workflow if your asking for comments. Right now you're asking your crits to be Nostradamuses in trying to divine how you came up with this. And thats asking too much. Anyways...
The design is an unfortunate mixture of classic & modern; an unholy matrimony so to speak. It's a very tough trick to carry out, if you pull it off you'll have a beautiful structure. If you don't you'll have an ugly one. Yours leans towards the latter. Your road looks painted on; that'd be costly. You have a small gap between your parking strips; some flora would've covered that up nicely since that wouldn't be motorcycle parking would it? commercial spaces usually have huge glass windows to show off whats going inside, you covered yours up with walls, and to make matters worse your walls are blank. The variety of cars favor the RPC group at the back part of your scene. Whereas the Mitsubishi group dominate the foreground. There's also something creepy about cars driving themselves. Fit for a B-movie I would say. Since you're so enamored at cruising the web,use some of that elan to build up your library. Time well spent I would say. If you wanna show off your IES skills do a proper nightscene. Right now its absurd. Someone here mentioned colors? My 3 year old niece can create fantastic color combinations; anyone can do that. You can have the best color combi ever, but it alone won't elevate your render from the mire whence it came from. And wheres the peeps? Is it National Stay At Your Homes Don't Enter The Commercial Building Day?
And lastly, its ProposeD...
