A Villa: Interior Make over (updated 09.09.10)
First topic message reminder :
I am working on a total make over of a villa right now. The interior of the house (a 7 year old villa) will be change 95% as much as time and money constraint. The GF consists of a living, dining a guest room (converted to sitting area) and one t&b. The kitchen area, another t&b and small sitting room will be decided later on if something to be changed. For the FF, a small sitting area, the Master's bedroom + t&b, kid's room, 2 bedrooms and 2 t&b.
Since, I don't have yet the drawings (soft copy) of the Villa I started only on some areas which I find it easier for me to design and do the visuals. I also visited the place and took some photos (sorry I cannot post it now) and have discussed with the client the needs and wants.
For now, I already started with the kid's room. Actually, this is a 'teen room' concept already since their daughter wanted her room to be 'as grown-up' look na daw....not the typical kid room as existing. Another is the guest room (GF) converted to sitting/relaxing area. One side of the wall (yellow painted) is to keep it as it is. By the way, the client is a Buddhist. The other side a wall panel with a TV as proposed.
This is not a rush project, furthermore not a priority on the company's on-going project list. I am still on the search of concepts and design, especially on the rest of the areas of the Villa. Feel free to post your comments and suggestions, need it badly!
I will be updating this thread as soon as I finished other areas. Thanks for visiting.

Thanks po sa inyo.
I am halfway na with the designs of the Villa. Meron pa 2 more rooms and a master bathroom on the upper floor.
Just finished this today the Living + Dining Areas. Since magkatabi lang sila and pwede ko naman ipakita the 2 areas in a single camera, so I design + modelled + rendered both together. I have known from the client that they wanted something white to black concept, ironically beyond what they have right now in their living room. It has a bright colors, orangey..with matching colorful sofa sets. They explained that they are feed up of such dazzling colors so for a change something light and soft feel. So I came up with this kind of designs. Ginawan ko na lang ng maraming cameras siguro on every corners na para mavisualize nila ng maayos. I will play with some DOF later pag may spare time. (ty denz and buboy)
Again, need your comments and suggestions. Thanks for viewing.

hi sherwin - nice renders as always
but that evermotion plant in the last image spoils the scene for me - it's too smack in the center

My intention Sir Celes. Actually, I want to do a DOF fake image but as I did the experiment it doesn't looks good. So I leave it for now. I will add another angle if time permits and do a DOF.
Thanks for dropping by.
By the way, furniture + entourage are pre-modeled some from Evermotion.
