First off, welcome to cgp! Nice practise. Please choose appropriate title for your work.
Comments:
-shadow subdivision, try higher sudv.
-texture or bump scale for building and road. need to scale down a bit.
-background isn't working. it's pixelated and doesn't convey correct lighting with your subject.
-design is ok, but I doubt your window frames can hold your canopy support, not really a good idea.
Keep it up, you should be in the right track bro!

yung iba nasabi na ng mga master, yung road at side walk lang konting adjustment at masyadong manipis ang side walk. sa design and color ayos na sa akin.
