need an URGENT HELP! 3dsmax failed to start (SOLVED!)

Mga dude patulong naman.
Nag-try ako mag install ng ForestPackLite downloaded from their site.
Kaso failed to initialize daw, so inun-install ko sya.
Then installed again, ayaw pa rin so inun-install ko ulit.

Ang problema pagkatapos eh failed to start na yung max ko.
eto yung screen grab, baka makatulong kayo. Salamat ng malaki.

pero yung case nito nag upgrade sya eh, sakin may inun-install ako eh...

pano ba to...sana may makatulong pa.
Sa office kasi to eh. Kailangan ko talaga ng tulong...

Sir try mo install ng 3dsmax sa ibang PC tapos copy mo yung MaxStartUI.MNU tapos paste mo ulit sa nag error mong 3dsmax 9 .. try mo lang sir otherwise you need to remove all from registry..

sir yung nanjan pa rin ba yung MaxStartUI.mnu?
kung wala try nyong kopyahin yang same file na yan from other PC, I assume na magkakaparehas kayo ng version na Max...

try nyu lang baka machambahan

na experience ko na rin yan sir.. ang ginawa ko unstall ko max then reinstall again.. yun lang ginawa ko sir pero it takes time nga lang po..

sir try this, go to customize > load custom UI scheme > then go to c:\program files\autodesk\3ds max 9\ui\defaultui

sir, save mo na files mo. slave mo hdd mo para di kumalat kung ano meron. baka may win32/sality virus ka. all apps infected nun, lahat .exe matindi yun. di naaalis unless slave mo then reformat.

Siguro updated naman po antivirus niyo at magandang klase.I system restore mo kaya sir..guess ko lang naman..try ko lang makatulong...Good luck po!

ditto on brodger.... click start>all programs>accessories>system tools>system restore

click mo on the date na may last update ung pc mo,syempre ung date and time na bago mo ininstall ung forest chuchu...

and voila... and soon there will be happiness... sa wakas dadaloy din ang ginhawa - maynilad

dude, la problema sa files mo... ung irestore nya lang eh ung system mo mismo... i revert back nya to "kung san date mo sya ni-restore" ok lang yan.. no harm... promise...

Tama po yun Sir Erick..thank's for the follow-up and clarification...

Just to be on the safe side, restore via safemode... Clean everything there even system restore gets hit by viruses sometimes...
