For The Gambits (Update 3 + Short Animation Trial)
Hi po Sirs, Ma'ams and Masters,
May I just post here this project of mine which my company assigned to me, A ____ Centre for the Gambits "somewhere". Project is not yet confirmed btw. But I have already started out with some design and concept.
Design and Conceptual Stage:
Image 3: Another view of the Hall. Nothing match. just updated the maps on floor and some textures. More to come, should be the Main Halls and Entrance next.
Image 2: Additional view, same Low setting but in a more reasonable size of 1200px..
View of the Cafe and seating area. Now I'm having problem with the marble tiling, I kinda doubled the bump map... my bad.
Image 1: MR render. Low rez 800max pixel in Low setting. Used AO pass material override here. Render time: 8 hours over..err
Although it's a finish render, I still need to develop the design, make changes and work out more on material combinations. Even forgot some A/C and sprinklers on ceiling
Update (Image 1)
Suggestiona and critics will be appreciated.
Thank you CGP!!!
Please check out my first ever attemp on interior animation with max2010 and MR. PLease forgive me with the compressed version as it is my first time to post on vimeo. I'll try to upload higher quality later. Also, pasensyahan niyo na po, this animation is quite short and intended only for MR render speed test. Low MR setting of FG only in total 16 hours of 240 frames at 30fps, approximately took 5 min per frame. I am really hoping for tips and suggestions from the masters.

Re: For The Gambits (Update 3 + Short Animation Trial)
nice concept bro need to work on some parts lang, yung curve ng floor may edge, better turn on the monitors, drop lights masyado malakas yung intensity, wooden flood need to work on the mapping or change nalang ng ibang materials masyado ng madami ang wood, glass drop ceiling needs support, 8hrs ba talaga in low setting?gaano katagal yung hi-res kaya?
we'll wait for the update bro

thanks sir for the comments, all are well noted. marami pa nga pong kailangan i-update. I'll make sure to consider all your suggestions. about po sa fiberglass cove ceiling, glad you noticed, I'm supposed to include fasteners/screws and suspensions, I'll do that on the update.
matagal nga po sir render time, the fact na low settings and low rez pa... which is not reasonable. I am still finding way to improve render speed.
thanks po sa pagdaan sir.

sir, salamat po! oo nga sir, di ok yun flooring, pati yun marble di nakita, ayusin ko pa. yun table po, actually is a bar counter, di po reception. hehe boring po pala, I'll try to come up with a better design. This space is actually a betting hall with bar for self-service f&b and a small cafe at the corner, some seating areas here and there...

Re: For The Gambits (Update 3 + Short Animation Trial)
Design is looking good bro.I can see maganda ang actual nito. I know madedevelop mo pa to.
Do you really need to show the sprinklers and ACs? In our visuals we usually dont show sprinklers and acs cause it might ruin the image. But sometimes merong ibang client na talgang gusto nila makita pati mga ducting and everything so baka ganun din ang requirement nyo.
Anyway i hope ma confirm tong project na to.Goodluck!

hi sir jeff, thanks po for dropping by and I deeply appreciate the comments. Glad you like the design. I'll try to consider your words regarding a/c and sprinklers, I do the client won't have to ask for it too. I only felt that the main ceiling looks empty, but anyway once I included the perforated ceiling panel, it should work out ok.
Thanks again sir for the kind words! cheers

sir rtp, thanks for the drop by, glad you like the design... oo nga yun flooring papalitan ko na lang ng iba, pero gnayan kasi talaga ang pattern niyan from my reference, but I guess it's not effective in visuals.. thanks ulit
