ganda bro, staright contract mo na yan. iba na talaga ang magaling, he he he. pa email nman ng door mo pre ganda

walang refraction ang glass material nyo sir, unless ganun talaga ang intensyon nyo parang mirror.. ok naman, nasira lang talaga ang presentation dahil sa glass, imo. camera angles hindi rin ok, alanganin..babaan pa siguro, pero para sakin lang naman.

Brow nice lighting and render some comments and suggestion lng po;
- you might need a frame on your corner window junction (although you can have an internal concealed joint un nga lang medyo prone lang sa leakage)
- try to reduce your glass balustrade reflection para makita ung balcony (suggestion lng)any handral require?
- try some other road materials (darker much better)
- Camera correction- mans eye view much better( o talagang mas prefer mo ung higher angle)
- Agaw atensyon lng ung car sa 1st image

ang galing sir! IMO sir, di bumagay yung glass sa balcony. yun lang naman po para sakin pero ok naman lahat mapa-render at design!

salamat bro, ikaw ang magaling dyan. interesado yung bayaw nya, sabi may tao daw sya kaya sya na daw gagawa. supervision lang to me plus roofing siguro. yung door, maps lang, cge email ko sau. tnx.

noted sir. yung sa window, mirror type. sa balcony, nasobrahan ko po ng reflection. bale yung camera angle ng second image padsadya po para makita yung roof. tnx sa pagdaan sir.

-glass sa balcony, yap, napasobra yung reflection. no handrail sir, that's part of the design.
-road materials, noted po yan.
-camera angle pasadya for client's presentation lalo na sa second image.
-about sa car noted also.

i like the lighting, though i think the shadow is a little bit pale, needs a little bit of contrast lng cguro considering na medyo intense yung lighting...
the wall lamps sa gate column i think it would be better kung dun sila sa partition nung apt units, then use gate lights on top of gate columns...
i like the door design on the ground floor, i think it would be better to use it on the 2nd flr as well, and get rid of that classical design door on the 2nd flr.

Nice design Sir! Same comment din ako sa mirror like glass at camera height.

To all who mentioned the cam height: it was explained as early as page 1. And since the TS rendered a "normal" view, its easy to assume that the "lumundag ang viewer ng napakataas" view was intentional.
On the subject, as long as ico-construct na pala yan (?)... JOB WELL DONE ika nga dahil you got to impress the person you have to most; the client...
