---lighting looks evenly cooked saktong sakto lang, although a bit pale for my taste...
---although touching on design (mahirap mag crit sa design personal preferences kasi yan) I'm not too comfy with the door design leaning towards modern kase ang building eh, but like I said its just me...
---kung hindi niya kasama yung house sa left side sana iniba mo kulay nun, just to give your nice building individuality...

Parang yun lang sir... And even if laitin ko ng grabe to wala rin; approved na eh wehehehehehehehe yun naman ang importante first & foremost...

Hello Sir, for my personal opinion my only comment would be is yung horizontal window nyo sa facade, for me para syang naligaw. For such a big structure nagiisa lang sya. Mas ok po cguro kung dun sa location na yun gawin nyong buong window hanggang sa upper floor nya. That's my only comment po. heheh! But overall output of the visual is awesome, Sir! Pls. do post more! Thank you!

yung horizontal window mo with linear patterns sa 2nd level....nagiisang lang po sya. if you could match the same sa second level or ibuo mong window mo na yung sa gitna. yun po! thank you!
