paano po ba pag compute ng labor cost?, for example magpapagawa ako ng simple 15"x15" box sa karpintero, pano po ang bayaran nun? kasi sabi ng kakilala ko, ang taas daw sumingil ng kinontrata nilang karpintero. thanks.

i can do it for free for you for that simple box you'd mentioned...
but if it's for house construction the prevailing labor cost for finishing carpenter is between P350-P450 per day.

20 boxes po ang ipapagawa, tapos pagpatung-patungin yung 4 boxes, kasi didikitan ng sticker, bale simpleng box lang, with masilya. sa karpintero na po ang gamit. materials lang ang amin.

normally 35% ng material cost or project cost ang labor cost na ginagamit ko sa estimate......ewan ko lang sa iba

350 pesos per day.
tapos minsan pakyawan. mas mataas ang cost pero mas mabilis nila matapos.
tanungin mo muna kung magkano per day at ilang araw. tapos tanungin mo din ang option ng pakyaw, most probably same price yan, pero pansinin mo, mas kaunting araw nila tatapusin. maganda yun kasi mabilis. same price lang din naman ang gagastusin mo dahil hahabulin nila yung dami ng araw pag arawan para makuha ang same value of money.

sir bokkins kaso po pag pakyaw ang experience ko binabarubal para matapos lang hinde pulido gawa. hinde po ba mas ok pag arawan basta may tututuk?
