To all CGP members,

Harsh discussion must be limit.

Post your comment.

meron naman tayo degree of tolerance na pinapairal, so ok lang ang mga discussions at debate na nasa forum right now. If we limit ourselves so much, mawawalan na tayo ng room for improvement. kaya it's just normal for a discussion to be very interesting.

ang kinaiinisan lang naming mga moderators are those using text speak and jejemon language. yun ang hindi magandang example. what we are trying to do is to help every member write right. when you are in a corporate world, hindi ka uubra pag jejemon ka.

to sum it all, mas madami pa talagang dapat pagtuunan ng pansin rather than this.

and lastly pala, I've noticed basta basta nalang nagpopost ang mga bago without even reading the rules and guidelines. we welcome everyone, but we also need to respect a set of simple rules to enjoy our forum.

i don't know how you define "harsh discussion" if you could enlighten us on this... so far wala akong nakikitang harsh discussion...
if you mean heated arguments on some threads then master bokks has answered your question...
in debates that's where we squeeze out juicy infos, pero pag tangu-an lang or ilingan, alaws tayo matutunan...
Irrelevant din yung statement na "not setting a good example" sama nga pakinggan... i don't know why we always dwell on our sensitive side... balat-sibuyas... instead of dealing with the positive side...
haaay... No

baka siguro nahighblood lang ang ibang members while making a comment. haha.

di bale, we will try to educate everyone on how a debate should be done. although hindi ako magaling sa ganun, but i think we should learn it. Like there should be research involve, laying relevant issues that will help your statement. listening to feed back and stuff. para mas orderly tayo.

Pero at least we learn from it. Smile

except lang cguro kung humaba yung usapan at walang katuturan na yung mga pinag-uusapan... out of the topic na talaga... actually the moderators are doing a good job pag dating sa mga OT at yung tipong nagbabangayan at nagpepersonalan na yung mga members... bilis ng action, andun agad... so far they've shown objectiveness and most important of all, fairness sa lahat... good job guys 2thumbsup

Bottomline meron tayong natutunan... at the end of the day yung mga bagay na natutunan natin ang mag pu-push satin to the next level...

I agree to this sir Bokkins..the best po yan..For me this is not just a simple forum so we must be aware of everything..before we express something we should think first if this would be benefecial for everyone..actually CGP can change our life physically and emotionally and we should appreciate that. This is not an easy task for the Operators and Moderators to handle this forum as a community.Actually we are in a CGP Nation, we live in a different world and finding our way for a better tomorrow...More power CGP!

I like the way you response sir Silvercrown...even for this kind of medium you can lay your explainations effectively and with basis.

enough as of now...Back to work,hehe... 2thumbsup 2thumbsup 2thumbsup Wink

RE: BUNGALO FIRST POST

This is my full unedited comment to the TS on that particular thread... It is an open invitation to the TS to come to my workplace para kahit papano may maishare ako sa kanya...
The last line was made in all honesty; mainitin talaga ang ulo ko... But if you read between the lines (pahiram sir Ed) ibig sabihin niyan matagal na siya nagpupunta sa kin; sanay na sa ugali ko eh... By that time i guess may natutunan na siya so pwede ko na bigyan ng gilid paminsan minsan is there anything wrong with that?... And this is all because I want to help plain & simple...

Simple as that. You won't learn anything from them naman eh coz from the onset nega na kagad ang dating sa iyo...

Now try to retrace your steps from when you first started to learn how to walk. Somewhere along that path you dropped something. Perhaps if you look carefully while retracing your steps you might find out where you dropped it; you just haven't noticed for a long time coz you rarely use it...

We have doctors na client, they're hard to please and you can't just give a lousy reason to your mediocre work. Panindigan mo talaga ang design mo. You have to fight back, Wag ka papasipa lang ng basta basta, but you have to calculate your actions too. It should be a win win situation. That's where you need to think alot. Ganun lang yun bro. Fighting back doesnt always mean war. There are so many other ways to do it. Pwedeng paawa effect ka, or kaibiganin mo. or debate kayo. So many ways, offensive and defensive. Smile

basahin mo kasi lahat, pag excepts lang, masyadong misleading yan.

I like cloud not because mas matanda sya sakin, but because prangka sya parang boy abunda. baka mayabang sya kung minsan kasi englisero. pro kung babasahin mo talaga ng maigi ang mga comments nya. may point eh. share ko lang itong nabasa ko from redvertex sa evermotion tutorials mga katulad kung newbies!!
eto ngayun yung motto ko sa pagrerender!
"Everything is subjective when it comes to color correction and
post-production because everyone perceives colors differently
and sees things in his own way. The main thing is to be critical of your work,
and of course learn from the best to become one of them."

"The successful man will profit from his mistakes
and try again in a different way."

ok tong post mo dwin. dapat ganyan ang newbie na sinasabi nyo. being a newbie doesn't mean being weak and lame. it's a very different idea of a newbie. newbies should even be stronger, parang sa PMA, kung sino ang bago sila ang bugbog sarado. Sana maintindihan nyo yun. Swerte nyo pa nga dito, alagang alaga kayo. I'm not sure lang kung nafefeel nyo yun. You get almost everything you want.

As to bos Bok's & the Cajun's "depensa" litany; it's what I preach dito sa forum & even sa workplace namin. Truth: first timers in our workplace cry the first day once i get to them. Bibigyan ko talaga yan at mapapaiyak pero while I'm doing it I tell them to defend themselves. Preparation yan sa naghihintay sa kanila when they go out for themselves. Yung mga nagsi "graduate" ko na dito sa work, you can ask them what kind of kuya-tatay I really am... You have to make people "feel". If its anger I evoke, fine basta ba afterwards may matutunan. Eto sample ko somewhere here sa forums;
"RE: Acad to Max..pa improve po
Well & good sir (sir na lang nasita na ako ni Corpsegrider eh) Caleb pero don't just bow & kowtow to the masters (di ako kasali dyan) or the older (ouch ako yan) members; i-explain mo rin kung bakit naging ganoon ang images, try to defend yourself kase para sa iyo maganda naman yang mga yan di ba para mas dynamic ang sharing of ideas... Impart to them where you're coming from & your frame of mind when you created these works...
Two-way man, two-way..."

To mam (mam pala eh diko naman alam kala ko guy ka sukat ba namang ilagay mong avatar e pang-guy) Yuckytore, find time to peruse all of my posts, di naman po lahat pangyayabang... And for the record; I never play safe. I tell it like I see it & how I want it when I want it. You've never seen rogue till you meet me. And about "chillaxin" (you're sooo up to datey huh), when my mother was malignantly pregnant with moi, she was working at a cryonics institute somewhere in Michigan. She gave birth to me there, with all that deep icy cold temp around. Ergo, I got ice in my veins my dear. I'm ALWAYS chillaxed.
