Hopefully this view ain't facing the afternoon sun, If not why not add canopy treatment on your ground and second floor window as sun barrier it might also served as a separation breaker for the top floor design for the lower seems to far off in terms of proportion with the upper floor.
As said such elegant design, with phenomenal lighting and superb color treatment...Naglevel up ka na bro...

minor comment ko lang bro, regarding dun sa "inverted L" na design mo, hindi kasi para pareho yung vertical grout nila, konting adjust lang naman sa UVW mapping yun,
