nice design and render sir... minor comments camera correction po, then mas maganda po cguro kung mas mataas yung pavement mo sa grass,, then yung tiling po ng cladding mo if it is cladding medyo maliit po... IMHO lang sir... lighting great sir..

comments lang po sa railings ng terrace,direct kasi sa wall(tiles),mas okay po siguro lagyan na lang ng vertical support,

tanong lang din po,saan po ba yung walkway dito sir?

Ganda ng lighting! yung window sa baba po wala po bang frame yan o what i mean casement?

render nice,malaki yata map mo ng floor?taglid ang model mo.imho allign both side...okey ang texture mo sa wall medyo liitan mo lang.

Its been a while since I have critique your post so here I go again,

Hopefully this view ain't facing the afternoon sun, If not why not add canopy treatment on your ground and second floor window as sun barrier it might also served as a separation breaker for the top floor design for the lower seems to far off in terms of proportion with the upper floor.

As said such elegant design, with phenomenal lighting and superb color treatment...Naglevel up ka na bro...

thanks sir... im trying to simulate an architectural wide lense shot .. my bad. the both vertical sides gives a destructing piece... glad yah like it sir.. ill try to take more time nex time...
