Its hard to decipher what you wanted to do.
I don't understand when you say you want to make a print of this tile in 3d. do you mean you want to create an actual 3d of the tile, or you just want to use the material as texture on the floor, then you want to create a plastic type or material using the same design or pattern of the material.
if you just want to use the material here is quick turn around.
Be sure you are using Google Sketchup 7/ and Photoshop as image editor
- create a floor
- apply one of the SKetchUp Material called "Tile Hexagon white"
- go to window/system preference.. under application choose Adobe Photoshop.exe as your application
- right click now your image and select Texture/ edit texture image
your image will be now open in Photoshop
- in photoshop create another layer on top of the image, apply the terra cotta color, apply multiply, flatten the texture then save.
- image will be updated now.
In vray just add reflection with slight bluriness say 0.95 glossiness.
render.
