Floating House...

First topic message reminder :

share po ako mga master..
done in cad,max w/ vray,ps..

Saw this concept sa discovery chanel, napanood ko yung about sa plan ng floating city (new orleans ata yun),
and yung sa dubai din..at may pinakita din dun na existing floating houses (milan or somewhere in italy if i'm not mistaken)
parang solution nila sa rising water level..

so yun, i made my own version, basement yung sa ilalim used as a platform ng upper floors..
a cantilevered slab sa back to counter balance yung weight sa harap..
pwede siguro palutangin sa pasig,heheh

uhmm problemado dito sila struct.engr, RMP, at EE,hahaha

sensya wala pa makikita sa interior kaya puro blinds,hehehe

hmmm it looks good,,but for me i was wondering about the height,,,the shape,,,and how will it react with nature specially sa wind,,say what if kung sa pinas??,,parang mataas kung para sa akin kung titignan ang roof to floor and siguro try playing with more curves bro ganda na ng nasimulan mo,,,
- parang may napanood din kasi ako sa discovery na architecture with no straight lines,,,meaning wala talaga silang straight lines sa structure and they play with irregular shapes,,,gaya ng mga hugis na me kinalaman sa nature turle shell,dolphins,bahay ng anay,,,etc

basta yun na yun ehehe,,kip it up

concept is good..nakita ko din ito sa discovery.. pwede!! the render is nice sa bump nalang sa water oks na!!

galing ng concept sir, rendering is also nice... sa post production po, medyo nasobrahan po un glow sa sky compared sa actual light cast. keep it up po.
