3dyk paint intall problem...

hi sir and maam,
mag error po sa pag gamit ko ng 3d yk tools...ok naman po ang intallation ala pong problema..pero try ko po siyan gamitin may lalabas po.....im using 3ds max x64 2009...ok naman po siya sa x32 bit..same process po ang pag install ko....ano po mali...thanks po...

ganito din po problema ko sa 32bit max 2010 ko may lumalabas ng katulad kay
sir nico,baka po may alam po kayo kung papano ma solve po ito mga master.
