Since youre wearing your toga I'm assuming your on your way to a professional career... One very important thing to keep in mind on your way there... remember people's names. They will assume that youre someone who realy cares about the people you deal with; so much so that you took the time to remember their names... If on the other hand you keep forgettting their names people will think youre not interested at all...
People value their names, so much more than the other person next him. You should know; you've always got your name splattered all over your renders...

Oh your render? Looks good but if you're aiming for realism you've still got a ways to go... Keep it up...
