Bokkins Concept

First topic message reminder :

Hi guys, balik ko lang tong dati kong thread. dito ko lagay mga concepts na maisip ko at mga designs na nasa conceptual stage palang. my goal is to share my ideas to everyone para in a way, mas madevelop ko pa sila and mashare ko din ang knowledge ko na natutunan ko everywhere. para makahelp din in my own little way. Hope you like them.

Itong una kong idea is a facade study of a four-storey ofc building. my inspiration for this one and to most of my design is my icon idol - Tadao Ando!

Bro, OK ang design mo...tanong ko lang, paano yung Ventilation mo dyan...kung AC yan ok lang pero magastos...maganda sana kung kabilaan yung window mo...sa nakikita ko lang ito ha bro.

thanks bro. iniisip ko nga kung gagawa ako ng new thread about my container van concepts. pro dito nalang i think ok na.

ok lang bro. lahat ng 3 sides ay my bintana, may balcony pa dun sa likod. sa harap lang wala. plan ko sya lagay sa urban setting. thanks bro.

Oks itong design mo sir!! very timely since crisis, most of the trends now ay Livable Spaces na. Keep it up sir at kung pwede i copyright mo agad hehe meron ba sa atin nun?

Thanks bro. By the way, i have a very weird idea on copyright. Share ko lang bro. Baka dahil sa ngayon palang to, di ko pa nakikita sa future. I don't copyright my concepts for the mere fact that I want people to copy them. or even develop them more. I believe I have given enough time to study them and I see how beneficial they will become if done right. Ang idea ko is, gusto kong kopyahin nila ang gawa ko kasi I believe na maganda at napagaralan ko to. So meaning, I will be able to influence people to do good designs.

I may sound mayabang now kasi wala pa ko na-achieve but someday soon, I think magiging normal nalang ang idea once may mga naattain na ako sa mga studies ko. I am very optimistic on that.

Kaya pasensya na kayo if I keep on sharing these stuff. It's not really for show, It's more on being good in what you do. I also believe in vertex's don't settle for mediocrity rule.

Same vision we share dito sa CGP. Excellence in what we do.

Sir ok idea mo for the copyright, and nakakainspire mga works mo. Nainspire din ako last night with your Jeepney concept. Ok lang ba to make another version of this one? I will post a WIP perhaps for some suggestion din.

Just wanted to share another concept i just did. its a hotel. drop-off sa one side. while the other side will have shops. hope you like it. gusto ko yung part sa top na maging penthouse.

Bro Bokkins, maganda itong design mo...bro dagdagan mo kaya ng floor kung (papayag lang naman ang owner) para mas lalong makita yung ganda niya at proportion wise na rin....na-imagine ko na kalalabasan nito, maganda siya at kakaiba...wait ko update mo bro...

Thanks mga bro. here's another concept hotel i'm working on right now. trying out some art deco style. hope you like it.

thanks bro. still developing the design pa ko na stage bro. tama ka nga bro. madami pa ko kailangan ilagay. I found a lot of references on this. nakakatuwa ibalik ang ganitong style. I'm still looking for more information about art deco. sana mabigyan ko ng justice ang ganitong style. thanks bro.

Thanks bro. FEU nga bro. actually madami pa. Yung Jai Alai at Sky Ballroom din. Yung Hotel din sa harap ng US Embassy. Maganda din yun.
