3ds Max 2010 cant install

mga master pasensya dito sa maliit ko probelma..makikisuyo lang po..sa inyo...
this message appears after i install max 2010;
The Program can't start because d3dx39_39dll is missing from your computer.
Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem..
ano po bang program ito...sana masolusyonan po etong munti kung problema...
btw. ito po specs ng pc ko...pentium (R) Dual core CPU E6800 @ 3.33 Ghz, 3.33Ghz
Installed memory(RAM) 2gb on 32 bit OS..
still googling for solution on this matter...salamat po in advance...

i use ISO files in installing ok naman po.,
