Archicadd vs. Revit - Page 2 Empty Archicadd vs. Revit

Post by saint_sinner1983 Thu Feb 03, 2011 8:55 am

First topic message reminder :

REVIT ako dito biassed or hindi...been using this for 4 years

revit or archicad? check this review:
http://www.revitclinic.com/blogs/41-revit-vs-archicad.html

btw sobrang bias netong review na to..anyone can claim they are using a software for so many years then shifted due to office requirements...

is complete crap..: )

in the end user experience parin magsasabi...though ang revit professional talaga approach neto kaya medyo mahirap aralin pero from a technical standpoint...win win situation ka dito kung ang platform mo is entirely autodesk products...

bakit kapa gagamit nang 3ds max kung on the first place archi cad ka...?

common sense lang yun..kung 3d lang talaga habol...nang iba...obviously hindi to parehas auto desk...conflict talaga..better use artlantis...or kung ano mang r.engine na meron sa archi cad...

pero kung full BIM...kahit ibang batikan dito would use revit...

panong di pwedeng i-customize ang library you mean gdl? ang family I believe is a revit thing... You don't need to be a developer just to make gdl objects and custom library parts...can download if want there are free .gsm files out there (archive3d.net)...you can convert anything from 3rd party programs too(obj,3ds,3dm,dwg etc)...you just need to learn gdl if you want it to be fully parametric...you clearly just opened archicad then kapa then close and you judged it right away...anong mabagal? las time I've checked archicad is multicore and it can handle big files...I can even run it on old machines

siguro hindi mo pa kilala masyado ang revit kaya medyo nagkakaroon kayo ng hindi pagkakaunawan..press f1 if you nedd help.sa akin kasi wala namang problema lahat. Archicadd vs. Revit - Page 2 808695

sige nga sir mar kung pwede paturo naman ng spiral stair, one which treads wind around the post not like the circular stair. yung tipo na mula sa ground papunta sa third floor, or atleast one which rotates more than 360 deg. di pa ako nakakahanap ng tutorial sa case na ito e. thanks!

mahirap din ang interface sa archicad kaya nga ako naconvert agad sa revit 2010...but then there's cadimage tools/cigraph and bunch of plugins i'm still learning archicad 16 daming dagdag eh I like the idea of working in real perspective view not in isometric view.

Navisworks is a completely a different product but Archicad has a counter part....it's called Vico 5d now Vico Office R3...it was exclusively for Archicad before...may nakabili ngayon it caters to different bim softwares na...Archicad has Bimx but what it only does is just a realtime navigation like a first person game
