help me choose, planning to buy a laptop

i'm planning to buy a laptop, here are my choices: (open for suggestions)
also i'm concern with it's performance since i also use 3dmax/skp/vray/ps/cad/corel. though it's not that often because i still have my dual core desktop.. i may/will use this laptop for IMPROMPTU REVISIONs of designs.

i'm confused with their graphics card kasi.. the 1st one is higher graphs than the 2nd one, though the processor of the 2nd option is higher than the 1st..
