First topic message reminder :

--- lets be honest sir, this thread was made for me. Don't worry, I'm not taking offense... As per your makukulit na estudyante when you were teaching max & cad; its a whole different scenario sir... Those makukulit kids were "paying" you to teach them. You had to be very, very, very patient & polite with them. They had EVERY right to be makulit. Otherwise the tuition will go elsewhere. That is not the situation here.

Respect should be given to get it.
Respect is earned; not asked for.
If one does not know how to respect one's self, how could others?

All the same I totally agree with him...

hi. para po mabigyan ng solusyon yung concern na ito. is it possible kaya na kapag may bagong member, they will be notified through email and then may web link sa rules na iniimplement ng org. para before they can start posting alam na nila yung tamang procedure and sop ng org.

parang getting started,,something like that. para hindi na mahirapang mag correct yung mga moderators.

just an idea po.

@ Kat - forum rules are already sticky where they can find it easily. siguro negligence na lang ng isang member kapag di nya babasahin.

@ arjun samar - kapag ang queeries ng isang member is simply that you could find it easily, that time na sinasabi namin madalas i-google mo na lng. pero kapag ang tanong nya eh medyo complicated, that is the time saka namin binibigyan ng kasagutan. meron kaseng situation na isusubo na lang di pa nya maisubo and thats what we dont want to happen. we help you help yourself too. although help line is there to help, but kung available naman ang sagot sa isang tanong ng member sa google then why not do the effort, siguro mas marami pang information ang kanyang makukuha doon. may point is - minsan kase tamad lang tayo magsearch at magbasa.

we all evolve from a newbie state where all of us usually does a newbie thing normal lang siguro ito, ako rin noong bago pa napakamalan ko pa nga si kurdapya noon na babae tsaka puro capslock pa gamit ko noon i was cautioned immeadiately by him and this is what moderators do and i think wala naman ata lapses sa mga moderators natin dito and guys marami na tayo and despite our population nagagawa pa rin nila trabaho nila "voluntarily", kasi to become a moderator you should have what we call "malasakit"and as as a member dapat meron din tayo nito coz we are part already of the interaction thats makes cgp community grow...instructor din ako and matagal na, but iba ang scene natin dito we are not in a room where we have 30 to 40 students we are like in a dark room of 5000 members up...i hope makuha nyo ang point ko ...so in short as a member of the community we might as well help our moderators like minsan ginagawa ko pini pm ko agad pag may nakikita akong di maganda ...

tulungan tayo dito kasi nga pamilya tayo !and doesnt need to be young or old like lolo cloud,mr. pogi ,nomeradona,celes....( he he he he) amen.. be polite to newbies - Page 2 290602

Magandang suggestion to sir Mark...to add po..mas maganda din na yung pag-upgrade ng status from newbie to apprentice eh hindi base sa dami ng post kahit comment lang, heheh(tinamaan ako dun ah) kasi para sa akin nakakaasiwa na naging apprentice na ako eh pangit pa yung output ko..ano magagawa ko eh enjoy ako dito sa CGP..gusto ko magcomment and magchat..hahah!

Sometimes kasi gagamitan natin ng "diplomasyang itik" ang medyo wayward na youngster, dadaanin ka lang sa pajoke-joke or hindi ka seseryosohin; thats the time you should use your "agua de pataranta" just to get undivided attention...

Sometimes the really gifted ones come in here leaving humility at the front door swaggering & throwing their near perfect renders here & there. At these inopportune moments when we can't fault the talent, we just have to try to wrangle the attitude...

hahaha. "Diplomasyan Itik" love it...

"hindi kaya madaling mag maintain ng forum no!" kasi di lang naman CGP ang inaasikaso ng mga mods, may work din sila and families and own personal problems. and to the point like everybody says, "It is FREE". we should be thankful kasi may CGP pa tayong natatakbuhan in case of emergency. and kapag gusto nating matuto.

our moderators here are trying their best para sa ikabubuti and ikaaayos ng ating forum. so i think we as individuals also need to help this forum in our own way. just to behave like "ADULTS" is a much greater help para sa ating forum.

Anyway. Newbie simply means new, bagong salta, baguhan, first timer, kakajoin lang, bago lang. Automatic dapat na read the rules muna.

Kaya madalas napagsabihan. Kaya may mga replies na read the rules before posting.

One more thing. I hate jejemons. Kasi nakakabobo talaga.

This forum is here to help you. Or even ng client mo.

As teachers, kayo ang mas nakakaalam. Hindi tama ang ok lang yan. Be strict and be just. I'm proud of my teachers, hindi nila akong hinayaan lang as a student. Madalas akong napagsabihan, even after I graduated from college. And we'd like to do the same.

To all ya bagong sabak sa forum,

Know the rules, follow the rules and implement the rules. Police yourselves if you do not want somebody else to do the policing to you.

It's that simple. Don't reason out your being a baguhan as the ultimate excuse to get easy on you.

You do not say, " Its not my fault, I'm just an amateur driver" when you ran over somebody and nearly killed him. The rules do not work that way.

And one thing more. The real life is much harsher than the forum. Be thankful for the opportunity to have a glimpse of the real world here.

If you cannot cope with the simple request of helping yourself first before asking help, then you why not go elsewhere where its always a bliss and you get all your wishes?

Reading all your blabbers make me wonder why some peoplewill reason out everything just to get thru a shortcut. Life does not work that way.

If you always take that shortcut mentality - your cg images will also look like a shortcut.

And the pay you get ends up short as well.

You know this is exactly what I meant when i say that some pinoy has a different understanding and use of the concept of yabang.

When somebody older than you or somebody better than you, tell you to follow the rules, it does not mean that he or she is stressing his greatness over you. He or she is simply saying, "Follow the goddamn rule".

Isn't that what cloud has been saying right from the very start?

Pinoys often react to the negative when somebody better comes around, "ang yabang naman nyan". Or if someone tells something you never heard before, !ang yabang naman nyan"

While people in this forum never exactly uttered the word - that very same "ang yabang naman nyan" feeling is purely evident in almost all the reactions I read.

If that feeling isn't present - I doubt that a person, whether he is old or a young forum old-timer or not, master or not, will never even think of not following the rules or even justify them.

Simple.

@koyang cloud: and I quote, "amen mey apu mu."
LOL's. I could tell you were so pissed and couldn't help it that you blurted that one out. Hahaha..

Sorry mods. Back-to-topic: I see this topic as a Never-ending story. To Noobies please let's not complicate things. It's as simple as READING. Read the rules. Learn how the forum works. Easy.

At the first time when I am Newbie here at cg pinoy, I've done the wrong post many times, But its not the reason that I will quit this site. Because I want to know more about cg pinoy.

I will accept all comment good even bad,

Ist up to us as Newbie or oldie on how we interpret the comment or suggestion is given to us in order that we know where we stand in this situation.

For me I will Never give up on it and will fight for the things I've got wrong, and improve it.

Comment given is not for us to know that we are wrong, but its for our guidance.

2thumbsup (Colored yellow)Two thumbs up po ako sa sinabi nyu sir....
But please keep it on a NICE way...nice can only go so far; when nicety is abused where to go then?...
Kung di niyu po kayang maging NICE sa mga newbie and even sa mga oldie,
it only means hindi ka nga NICE... Wink

Sa mga naliligaw at jejemon po,
giving them the link/s of the forum rules would really help them a lot...
Di naman po siguru mahirap gawin yun... Smile what links? ALL the forum rules are stickied on ALL the sections for the perusal of everyone; you don"t have to go searching for them, effort lang to READ them, di naman po siguro mahirap gawin yun when the mods eh nagpakahirap para ilagay sa lahat ng sections ang forum rules para nga di na mahirapan pang hanapin po di ba? You are a prime example of the newcomers who literally jump into the waters without testing them first...
Prime example? I'm just giving my opinion and suggestion sir para sa mga newbie na naliligaw,
then your saying that I jump into waters without testing first?

This is actually my second time sumali ng forum...
Since busy rin ang mga mods, yung mga forum active narin tumutulong...marami po namamatay sa maling akala; don't assume nor presume too much in life, manigurado muna para di napapaso, & this is very different from an OL game forum, may modicum of professionalism naman po dito, we're not a bunch of rowdy gamers here (not that I have anything against rowdy gaming I play myself)...

Amen... peace manamen mey apu mu, if you can't respect yourself, much less the forum itself, don't expect any...
"amen mey apu mu" <<=== Ano po ibigsabihin niyan?
Can't you speak on a fair way?
And your 45 yrs. old sir, right?
Better act according to your age... Wink
