For your breakfast;

Fluffiest Pancake from

Ingredients:

300g all-purpose flour
1/2-1 tspn baking soda
1 tbspn baking powder
3 pcs cold eggs
1 cup cold milk (evap)
1 cup cold water
1/3 cup corn oil
Butter slice
Maple syrup

Procedure:

In a bowl, mix altogether your flour, baking powder, baking soda, cold milk, cold water & oil. Set aside.
Separate the egg yolk from the egg white, putting the egg white in another bowl and set aside.
Mix the egg yolk with your already prepared mixture of flour, baking powder, baking soda, cold milk, cold water & oil.
Using a laddle, gently stir the mixture in one direction until all lumps are gone. Set aside in your fridge. This is your pancake batter.
Bring back your egg white & using a whipping machine, whip it until you produce a thick lathe.
Again bring back your batter mix and put in your whipped egg white & mix it with the batter. Note: stir in only one direction to prevent your batter in flattening & maintaining the fluffiness of your mix. (This is the secret part)

Prepare your pan, it is advisable to use a non stick teflon pan. Heat up the pan & put a little corn oil. sweep off excess oil by either a clean tissue or clean cloth. whichever you like.

After the pan is properly heated, pour now your pancake batter mix with your desired size of pancake to be made. Cook for a minute or two and flip it over gently with a pan to avoid breaking your pancake.

After it was done, serve it hot topped up with butter & maple syrup.

That's it! Your Fluffiest pancake

You could also make the fruit varieties if you like. Topping it up with your favorite strawberry, mango, banana & other mouthwatering fruits of your choice.

Have a nice breakfast Very Happy

Compliments of PH
