Need Help also 3ds Max

Sir/Madam

ask lang ako.. been a max user for almost 1.5 years na for rendering, migrated from SU vray to Max vray, kaso some models from free sites e hindi ko ma- open sa 3ds max 9 32-bit lang kasi gamit ko.

So i tried to install a 3ds max 2010 kaso na-open ko pero mabagal sa pc ko at wala ako vray-plug in pa.

So paano po ba ma save from max 2010 to max 2009 para dun ko sa max 2009 ko mai-render...salamat po sa pagtulong..

No you can't do it, Max is not backward compatible. You can export objects via other formats but the caveats include losing some of the max-centered parameters like materials, animations etc.

Also check the fbx format. Might help you out with exports of animations, cameras etc.

try to export it as dwg,dwf,obj or best is 3ds files and import it in 3ds max 9 32 bit... =)

I've tried exporting the 2010 file to 3ds. It worked fine except for some fine tuning with the materials.

Oks na na transfer ko na using export to 3ds then import ulet...yun lang me kaunting texturing lang pero oks pa din..
