Hello,

I received a message 3 times from Malaysia. They said that they are looking at contracting out some of their
work to a graphic design company and asking for my rates. I don't think that they are designer. Hindi professional

Yung una nilang website na pinakita halo halo ang product tapos nagdagdag ng design service. Hindi professional ang gawa. Walang sense yung mga nasa portfolio.

Hindi ko nga alam sasabihin ko sa kanila eh. hehe.

Yup possibleng hindi sila designer kaya ka kinontact kasi kailangan nila ng magaling na designer. It's all up to you to reply or take the job.
