nice work sir in general!

nice comment ferpar...sa building topic ata to..hehe..but nways, everything dat u see sa presentation ko is possible, structurally man or architecturally kasi generic design lang to..w/ regards sa termination ng roofing sa gutter, same as the standard installation...dont worry about it, sisiw lang yan sa mga roofing installers..but if ur saying about termination ng roofing sa flashing gutter, then of course the roofing will extend below the gutter flashing so to serve the gutter flashing's purpose..about naman sa termination ng roofing under the eaves, wala mahirap niyan sa actual basta unahin muna yung roof installation sa baba, then the eaves and last is yung roof na sa taas...nway, sabi ko nga the roof installers knows wat to do about it..basta i assure u, everything is possible w/ this generic design...

very nice comment bro...thank u for that...narerefresh mo rin ako...hehe..God bless & more power!!!

For the sake of discussion lang sir...siguro konting clearance lang between the roof and the eaves...as shown on the image parang mahirap atang i install yung ceiling eaves kasi there is no eneough working space...kahit yung drill hindi maisingit to fix the ceiling panel....IMHO lang po...

Tapus po yung gutter at facia board,,,possible hubang i terminate sya sa roofing tile or sheet?

nway tnx very much sa mga comments mo..those were very good questions with regards sa actual construction o kaya sa detail drawings palang..pero they're all possible...more comments bro..sana sa presentaion naman kasi yun ang gusto ko sana para matuto me at mag-improve sa visual presentation scope ko...more power & God bless u always ferpar!!! 2thumbsup

at present post processing has stolen the sharpness of your image. try to use mask para hindi lahat ng area ay apektado ng filter na gamit mo.

seems to me sometimes we use post processing to cover some of our flaws. if you have nice rendering, the more you rely less on post processing.

to improve address the lighting contrast. at the moment the lighting is really bland. ussually, kapag ahrsh ang sun mo, the more you will see contrast between dark and light values. you need to address also your materials, add some bumpiness. lastly add depth using Ambient ocllusion will help. btw is this rendered with vray for sketchup or vray for max
