jus to add some comments.... since may parking sa podium, i-consider mo rin ang enough ventilation (intake & exhaust) sa parking areas... sa nakikita ko puro glass curtainwall ang design mo.. diko sure ang regulations dyan kung saan ipapatayo ito.. pero kadalasan required ito. Hazardous kasi ang emitted smokes ng mga sasakyan na maari makaapekto sa mga tenants kaya dapat may enough ventilations. Ganon din to pagdating sa mga basment parkings...

one thing more... (sensya na.. may nakalimutan ako idagdag).. if you have basment parkings.. mas malinis tingnan kung wala ka makikita na mechanical ducting sa ceiling for ventilation purposes... (kadalasan nagiging problema ito sa headroom clearance).. instead na gumamit ng mga ductings, "plenum wall system" ang ginagamit.... this is something like a ventilation shafts sa buong perimeter ng retaining walls.. at dito nakakabit ang mga supply/return ng mga ductings in every floor.. (wala ka makikita na ducting sa kisame)... im sure.. alam yan ng MEP nyo.. madaming bldg na high rise sa pinas ang may ganitong sistema..
base sa design nyo.. i think, high end ang bldg nyo..malamang unitized curtainwall din to... and a 4.0m flr. to flr. height baka naka raise flooring system din to which is an ideal lalo na sa mga office bldgs..
