just use merge sa file menu ng 3ds max. or import kung 3ds files ang mga models mo ng cars and people.
as for making it realistic. it will depend sa lighting, texturing and rendering mo. meron tayo mga tutorials dito sa settings. makikita mo din sa help menu ng max and sa google, maari mong masearch ang topic na yan. good luck!

anu po bang plug ins sa max yung pwedeng i download na merong
models tulad nga po ng cars.
