Guys & Gals..here are some pics of our completed major projects when i was still working with W.V. Coscolluella Office in Makati. Actually, S.O.M. (Skidmoore,Owing & Merille) was the Design Consultant & Coscolluella office was the local counterpart. Sayang nga lang di ko na nakunan ng pics ang iba pa naming completed projects (pandagdag portfolio din yon)..hehehe

This is orig pic but i did some editing in PS. I took pics in several segments nong nagbakasyon ako sa pinas at pinagdikit dikit ko using PS.. di kasi kaya ng isang photo shot lang.

Ito talaga ang naging full time na nainvolve ako up to completion... my major role here was to check & approve the glass curtain wall system.

ang role ko dito back up lang...hehehe... naging full time talaga ako sa Philamlife Tower.



Here is one of our completed projects when i was still working in Araneta Center_Cubao Q.C. The management formed an Architectural Division that will developed the whole site. Though, nong pumasok ako sa ACI, patapos na to.. kunti na lang naitulong ko nito..hehehe

Lemon Square Bldg._Monuz Caloocan (along EDSA)

pasensya na sa pic.. low quality lang ang image.
i contributed also the design in here but of course, the major concept comes from my previous boss (Archt Ka Kuen Chua)... Being the Architect, my major role here was the preparation of the final working drawings, specs & bid docs. i was involved from designing stage up to the final completion. Conduct weekly meetings, doing site inspections , approval of shop drawings and conduct general punch lists. Dahil maliit lang naman ang project, wala ako ka team work nito maliban sa boss ko. Sa KKCA opis kasi kanya kanya kami hawak ng project mula design stage till matapos ang project.

isa rin ito sa nainvolved kong project under Coscolluela office. glass curtain wall din ang hinawakan ko dito. Kaya lang diko na natapos to dahil nalipat ako sa PhilamLife Tower & besides during that time na hold muna to pansamantala dahil sa crisis..

Ala ka bang Pics nung Robinsons Place Ermita, Sentosa,PhilAm Life Alabang,World Trade Center, involve ako dun, yung hinahawakan ko namang CITADINA Condo,sa Bago Bantay, Q.C. ay di natuloy... at naka alis na rin ako nun,,,,,pasingit nalang ako sa R.C.B.C. ( tiga erase ako nun, wahehehe,(yung kaibigan natin ). post more pre,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

yap... i really salute to Acht Tolits... madami ako natutunan don..sensya na pre.. wala rin ako pics ng mga yon eh.. palibhasa during that time di natin iniisp na magagamit natin to pang portfolio.. inatupag natin non puro PRC..hehehe
meron nga pala ako dito pic ng World Trade Center... post ko rin..

as requested by bizkong, this is one of the projects he was involved under Coscolluela office.. na-involved din ako nito sa detailing lang... naging sideline.. kasi madalian ang schedule kaya inilabas ang trabaho on per sheet ang bayad..hehehe
