5. You may use any software. Post-proccessing is allowed.
I think this has to be explained further. Retouching falls upon post processing - so if an entry is retouched, we might have an entry that looks good as painted which might prove detrimental to other entrants who will do it in full 3d.
Post process might include, glows, color corrections but no painted touchups.
Where is the base file btw?
Re: Competition #4: CG|Pinoy First Exterior Rendering Competition
yes V. the taste will be up to the judges.
But I will edit that by adding "include/show original image"

I just checked the tower object and for efficiency - it may require editing. First, the object walls were separated as distinct objects. Which may be a bum if one would like to map or unwrap it as one. I would suggest allowing further edits to the object as long as the design and the basic topology (silhouttes) isnt altered.

Re: Competition #4: CG|Pinoy First Exterior Rendering Competition
Oh.... From what I remember, this render is made by Mr. Manuel Molar. I saw this on 3dm3 arhchitectural magazine according to him this was inspired by the work of Lee Dunnette. I guess his the only pinoy featured in 3dm3 magazine.
