nice render sir... cguro comment ko lng sa design ay mejo boring sa form, buti nlng ngbigay buhay ang colors..atska mejo hndi tlga ok na klaro ang window ng CR sa front,imo... render and model sir oks na, just kip posting and stay here sa forum..

ser corpsegrinder. maraming salamat sa comment nyo.. basically hnde ko po design to. drafting lng po sakin. so no choice po talaga ako sa design. sa panahon po kasi ngayon eh, owner ang laging nasusunod. pro all your comment ser is noted na po sa list ko for improvement..

here are my minor comments:
lighten up your bg
just play a little bit of your ground
add more trees but careful enough to play on it
tweak more on glass materials add reflection objects
make your cam a little bit higher or farther just to show the roof
oversaturated (this can be done in photoshop)
railings medyo out of design
