how to setup my own render farm?

tanong ko lng po kng pano mag setup ng render farm?
meron po akong:
1x Core i5 PC, 2.66 3GB ram.
3 x Intel Core 2 duo E2160 1.8 GHz PC's, with 3GB ram each.
gusto ko lng po matutunan mag setup kasi po sayang nmn ung ibang machine kng hindi magagamit ng husto.
salamat po. TIA!

If you just google enough, I'm sure you'll get quite a few hits, here's the first in line (setting it up is pretty similar for all versions of max)
