cannot install max9

good day po mga master im trying to install max9 peru bago pa mtapos installation something pop up saying 'you have no suffcient right blaaa... restart yuor computer run as local administrator bla..... pag ok na-inish naman ung installation but when i opening it " dll component missing failed to initializ bla..) same message pop up pag uninstall ko cya. i tried runing tha application as admin pero ayaw parin. i have two max9 with me and they both give me same error whenever i install them. panu kaya i-troubleshoot ito mga master?

ano o.s niyo sir.........vista b keo....ma install siya.....run as administrator lng....kung vista....keo...ganyan din sa akin complete ang install kaso pag mag open my mg pop up....dll. is missing...cguro sa vista yan di nya supported ang file...pero sa x.p ok nman cya....kaya gmit ko na lang max 2009....

I have encounter the same problem as yours, kadalasan nangyayari yan sa O.S. na Vista and Windows 7 with 3ds max 9.
First, before you install go to control panel>use accounts> turn off user account control (UAC) then try to install max.
after installation. open max, a pop-up message will always appear. yung missing dll failed to initialize. ok lang yan. to solve it
simply download the Autodesk 3ds Max 9 Service Pack 2 for vista install patch, dont wory free po siya here is the link.
install nyo to. the pop-up messege will no longer appear. Hope this may help your problem.

sir arjun ayaw pa rin na download and install ko na ung patch nyo. pag open ko ng max this is the error: unable to locate component. the appl. has failed to start bec. d3dx9_26.dll was not found. re installing the appl. may fix the prob."im using wisdows vista 34bit.

try nyo install yung latest direct x dude...alam o yun yung hanhanap nyan...

the patch have 32 and 64 bit versions. which one did you download? yung vista nyo ba 32 or 64 bit? kasi dapat kung 32 bit yung vista mo yung 32 bit and e-da-download mong patch or subukan mo rin suggest ni sir F.

yap master 32 bit po install ko and direct x10 narin.

Sir, if you really did install right the service pack. eto po yung original na splash screen ng 3ds max 9.



If you install the service pack right eto na magiging splash screen nyo



alin po ba dito yung splash screen nyo after installation the service pack?

mga master oks napo kulang cya ng directx tpos ung patch tapos nadali na. anyway i appreciate ur help very much sa ulitin po. mabuhay cgpeps. pacincya po mga master :
