what can you say about SOLIDROCK plugin

on another thought, anyone would be able to churn out fine images, with a few mouse clicks. But i'd still encourage those who are starting to learn the basics first.

agree, so my point is it should be a hidden feature that comes with vray and not a plugin that you will need to buy.

with these advent, people will be rendering without even knowing how an object reacts to light, how a light should behave in certain conditions, and without that knowledge, we end up with renders that looks just like the work of the one seated beside us...character is somehow lost in the end product.

It's just like using a GINISA MIX instead of doing the old ginisa way....

I used this one before.Demo version lng kaya di ko naenjoy.The good thing with this plug in is na ooptimized nya maige yung render settings. Good for preview pero i dont think ok sa high or final render. Ang ayaw ko pa dati is if you used solidrocks then pag dating sa final render and you wanna used your own render settings medyo matrabaho na kse pati material and light settings binabago nya and dati nag eerror pa. hehehe..dahil cguro demo version lng yung ginamit ko.,,, I still prefer my own workflow. Mas may control ka sa lahat.materials,light and render parameters..

gamit ko ito for 2years... tama kayo pagmadalian gamit na gamit sya... pero ang mali di mo matututunan ang kaloob looban ng vray... mas maganda pa din tuklasin mo ano gamit ng bawat pahina ng VRAY... saka nyo malalaman ang kasagutan... its better to learn by yourself... Rock N Roll!

nagamit ko na rin to dati, kung sa mabilisan maasahan sya pero di ganun kaganda ung output. kaya kung di mo gusto ung output marami kang babaguhin sa scene mo, agree ako kay sir arkitektura, kaya mas maganda pa rin alam mo rin ung paggamit ng vray lalo na basic at meron kang sariling workflow.

yes!!!!mas mas maganda talaga kung matutunan ung manual settings..tsaka hindi naman na ganun kahirap lalo na pag kabisado mona mo na....tsaka pag may error alam mona kung san mo kakalikutin...kaya mas maganda parin maging flexible sa lahat ng settings... sa solidrocks pwede yan sa mga nagmamadali at wala ng time para pag aralan ng maigi ung vray...
