CPU Under 20k

Hi CGPips. I am planning to buy a new PC pero CPU lang po. I am not that much techie but I have some knowledge on the hardwares. Hope you guys can give me advice on which is the best spec.

Here are my considerations:

Budget is 20k or below
Can run 64bit OS (Win7)
Ram is 4GB (can be expanded to as much as possible in the future upgrade)
No lower than Quad processor
Video card... as long as it can can big files like making the size of Mall in 3D

Mukhang mahihirapan tayong maghanap ng CPU na 64-bit with P20K budget. Tas 4GB RAM? Hmmmm... Tanungin ko 'tong kapitbahay namin na binilhan ko ng pc. Hehe. Balitaan kita dude.

mboard - 5000
processor - 8000
vcard - 3000
hd - 2000
rest - 2000

pwede naman. kaso mas ok pag budgetan mo pa ang vcard ng konti.
